| TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL |
Conditions of Contract
1. I/We agree to rent the agreed number of plant units from Hydroplan, the first invoice to be payable in advance and thereafter on a quartely basis. Hydroplanıs terms of payment are 30 days unless stated at time of installation.
2. It is agreed that the rental period is for a definite 12 months and thereafer to run until one quarters notice of termination by either party.
3. It is agreed that the renter will be responsible for ensuring that the plants are kept to a reasonable light level during normal daylight hours and are kept at a temperature of not less than 16c(61f) at all times.
4. The renter shall be responsible for any wilful or accidental damage or loss.
5. The plant units are suplied on a simple hire and are not nor will at any time become the property of the renter
6. The renter will use the goods in a careful and proper manner and will not sell, assign, pledge, morgage, underlet or otherwise deal with or part with possession of them and will not without permission of the owner in any way attempt to adjust or repair the goods or any of the component part thereof nor allow any person except the servant of the owner to do so.
7. If the Renter shall make default of payment of any rental due under this Agreement, the owner may forthwith by notice in writing terminate the renting whereupon the right of the renter to possession of the goods shall cease.
8. The Owner, his servents and agents shall at all reasonable times have access to the premises where the goods are situated for the purpose of maintainance.
9. Hydroplan understand and may exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid accordingly to agreed credit terms.
10. On any cancellation of contract or part of contract all monies outstanding must be paid before the cancellation can take effect.
